Las Ramblas will be located on Harmon Avenue, just two blocks east of The Strip between the expanding Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and the planned development of the W Hotel & Casino. It is just a few minute drive to the airport, the Las Vegas Convention Center and The Strip and within walking distance of two monorail stations.

Las Ramblas is being developed as a joint venture between Related Las Vegas (the Las Vegas division of the Related Group) and Centra Properties. Also involved in the project are actor George Clooney and Rande Gerber, one of the founders of After Midnight Company which develops innovative nightlife, hotel, restaurant and lifestyle concepts.

Construction on Phase One of Las Ramblas will begin in spring 2006. Pre-construction reservations are now being taken at Las Ramblas. Available are designer-furnished studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Prices are at first-tier level and start in the low $600's.
